4. What happens if I received a red/blue sheet because I didn't register?

If you received this color sheet, it simply means your information wasn’t registered in my system before your child’s picture day. No worries — your child was still photographed!

The easiest thing to do is scan the QR code on this sheet right away. That will collect your information, register you after the fact, and add you to the system so your gallery can be emailed to you automatically when photos are ready.

If you scan the code now, you’ll receive your ordering gallery by email as soon as it’s released.

If you don’t scan it now, just be sure to hang onto this sheet. Once the school announces that galleries are ready, you’ll need to scan the QR code then to access your child’s photos.

Ordering: Shipping Options

If you choose SHIP TO SCHOOL (free), your prints will be delivered to TLD after the ordering period closes. Once all school orders are in, I’ll send everything to the lab together, then bring the finished prints to the school for distribution.

I’ll send an email with the ordering deadline so you know exactly when to place your order. Ordering by the deadline helps keep school delivery on schedule — any extensions can push that delivery date back a little.

If you choose SHIP TO HOME, you’ll pay for shipping, but your prints won’t have to wait for the school order to close. They’ll be processed by the lab within about 2–5 business days after you place your order and shipped directly to you.
